The Vintage Room, a unique dining experience offered on both Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity, was created as a venue for promoting wine appreciation and the vast range of wine selections offered on board. This unique enrichment experience focuses on wine, with food specially prepared and paired to complement the specific fine wines selected for the evening.

The head sommelier or guest wine experts guide guests through the experience, providing insights on where the wines were made, the aging process and why it works with a particular dish. The wine-makers dinners are offered several times each cruise for approximately $180+ per person, depending on the wines chosen.

The Ultimate Vintage Room Dinners will only be scheduled a few times per year.
