LEGOLAND(R) Windsor's huge new water ride Vikings' River Splash opens on Monday 13 August and promises to be the biggest, wildest and wettest ride in the park!

This impressive GBP7 million ride, located in the heart of LEGOLAND, will invite families to join the Viking fleet and set sail for a thrilling adventure through uncharted waters as they surge downstream in Viking river rafts.

Guests will be swept into a fantasy world created by millions of LEGO bricks as they thunder past brave Viking warriors, Norse gods, a fearsome sea serpent and come face to face with a formidable ice dragon in its icy lair. Families are warned to enter the Vikings' River Splash ride at their peril and should prepare themselves for a good soaking! There'll be plenty of surprises around every corner so young Vikings should be on their guard as they're carried away by the raging current.

After a drenching, there's the opportunity to step back on dry land and unravel the mystery of Loki's Labyrinth, the park's Nordic-themed hedge maze.
