Bulgarian Property Shop Ltd. deducts the following taxes and commissions: 1. Intermediary commission - for each purchase of a property made by our Intermediation they charge 400 EUR commission for properties with selling price of up to 28500 EUR and 3% commission for properties with selling price of more than 28500 EUR. The commission is payable on signing the preliminary contract for property purchase and paying the deposit.
2. Others - Depending on the property there are other costs. These are other preliminary fees (very low), payable separately, such as: a notary fee, property purchase tax, stamp-duty, etc., ranging from 300 to 400 EUR (for a country house) or about 3% of the property price. 3. Their team of lawyers will fully assist you in registering your LTD company in Bulgaria. For registering a company they charge a fee of 600 EUR. Please note that the company must prepare and submit annual tax declarations as well as keep accountnacy books. Therefore, they have a qualified local accountant to take care about the company's books. 4. Transport fee - The option is by their company car, in such a case we charge 0.20EUR per kilometer (or about 0.14 GBP), but if you purchase a property this fee is canceled. 5.
