Dietary Specials Launches Life Style Club at the Midland Hotel for 600,000 People in the UK
MANCHESTER, England, May 24 --
Dietary Specials, the UK's favourite gluten and wheat free food, has launched a lifestyle club to support the 1 in 100 people in the UK who may have coeliac disease.
Thousands of Britons could be unaware they have an intolerance to gluten found in wheat, barley and rye products because of under-diagnosis.
Coeliac disease, which can lead to serious complications such as osteoporosis, anaemia and infertility if undetected, is estimated to affect up to 750,000 people in the UK.
An estimated 1 in 100 people in the UK are suffering from coeliac disease and four out of five unaware that they have the condition, it is clear that urgent action is needed to raise the profile of the disease. Symptoms include diarrhoea or constipation, bloating, weight loss and anaemia.
The Taste Full Life club is an exciting new FREE membership club designed by Dietary Specials to support the newly diagnosed Coeliac during the first 12 months of their new lifestyle.
