This world class retreat features a fully equipped Balanced Body Pilates studio and adjoining mat work and dance studio, plus a large fully equipped dream teaching kitchen.

Cascina Papaveri is also a small working farm with certified organic vineyard and vegetable gardens producing Barbera D'Asti DOC wine (all guests will be given one bottle of this limited edition wine during their stay). Nothing compares with the taste and texture of freshly picked organically grown vegetables, fruit, nuts and grapes.

The teaching kitchen is a blend of the very latest technology with a traditional Piemontese wood oven. The kitchen is equipped with induction cooking units and is designed to accommodate 8 'students' each with their own preparation area.

There are a number of different environments for guest relaxation. The Library: an intimate room adjacent to the ground floor dining room. The Portico : with lounge seats and large doors opening onto the courtyard. The old Cantina, now a large underground room with fabulous brick arches and vaulted ceilings. This room also has a fully equipped home cinema, and conference facilities.

During the spring and autumn months the Portico and Limonia areas offer great evening dining experiences. The terrace, on warm starlight nights is quite magical. In winter the formal dining room or the old cantina creates a snug, warm and contented feeling.

All bedrooms are en suite and equipped to the highest standards with super king size double beds, that convert into single beds for twin occupancy. Bed linen is luxurious Egyptian cotton from Quagliotti and towels are super soft heavyweight grade from Gabel.

Bedrooms feature flat screen satellite TV's and WiFi connectivity All bedrooms have full central heating and air chiller cooling for the summer months. En suite showerooms are equipped with hairdyers and shaving points. Every bedroom and bathroom have the most amazing panoramic views. In the afternoon you can, on a clear day see the Alps over 100 km away.

Guests can enjoy a stunning newly contructed indoor swimming pool and Pilates studio complex. Sauna, steam and massage therapy rooms are located adjacent to the gym and swimming pool
