Six months after its launch VANINI chocolate is acclaimed at the highest level in Europe.

Pralines, Cremini and Chocolate Squares - the top of the range Vanini chocolate products were singled out as prize winners at the Superior Taste Award 2007 during a prestigious ceremony held in Brussels in the presence of 350 participants.

The International Taste and Quality Institute is the leading independent Chefs' and Sommeliers' organisation dedicated to judging, honouring and promoting superior tasting foods and beverages from around the world.

ITQI works in close partnership with the most famous European culinary and sommeliers' institutions from more than 13 different countries.

The panel of experts appointed by ITQI has the task of testing products by means of a rigorous sensory analysis which takes into account both the intensity of tasting pleasure and the objective features such as: appearance, aroma, texture and taste.

Given the very high level of the jury, the Award represents a truly valid recognition of distinctiveness and excellence.
