. Where relevant, arrange for a Local Planning Consultant to be employed and for an Appeal to the Department of the Environment to be submitted.
. Liaise with Pool Project Management (see below) to enable preliminary initial costings to formulated to +/- 15%-20%.
. Complete detailed working drawings for the project to ensure a considered and detailed scheme able to be costed and for submission to the Local Authority for the Building Regulation Application.
. The above stage will include completing all necessary site investigations including a soil analysis, investigation on water table and the structural detailing of the building, the pool and areas of interface between the two. be
. The assessment and the detailing of the air handling requirements for the building which will include dehumidification, heat recovery, heating and ventilation and, often, underfloor heating. The report will combine a full technical specification and projected running costs The detailing of a suitable lighting scheme including lighting for both building and pool often designed around mood lighting which can be particularly exciting within an Indoor Pool.
Interior Design-specifically pool tiling, copings, stone flooring, murals, water features etc. All the above includes the close liaising with the Clients with careful attention being paid and to ensure a cost-effective yet imaginative scheme.
