Bernhard Willhelm was born in Germany in November 1972 and received his Fashion Design Diploma from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp in 1998.

During his studies he assisted Walter van Beirendonck, Alexander Mc Queen, Vivienne Westwood and Dirk Bikkembergs. His first collection was launched during Paris Fashion Week in 1999.

By 2000 he had a mens line.

He has been successful relatively quickly and sells his fashions world wide in selected stores.

The recognizable style of Bernhard Willhelm succeeded fast in the fashion world, appeared in all magazines, and is now sold worldwide to selected stores.
