Malaga Airport is 8 kilometres west of the city of Malaga and is a major destination for millions of people to the Costa del Sol and the playgounds of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Terminal A
This is called Pablo Ruiz Picasso and was designed by Ricardo Bofill. Construction began in 1988 and was completed in 1991.
A second terminal is currently under construction to cater for the expected 12,000,000 passengers a year.
The airport is well connected by train and road, with a fast toll road connecting all major towns.
