Hipodromo Costa Del Sol is the Costa Del Sols only racing course. Situated between Mijas, Marbella and Fuengirola, this active course offers horseracing every fortnight and occasionally on weekday nights.
During the summer there are also live outdoor concerts.

The International Show performed by the International Ballet of José Montes appears on stage with their spectacular feathers and transparencies and fills the evenings in Torrequebrada with magic.
ROMERÍA OF THE JUANAR CROSS
During this hundred year old traditional fiesta, the romeros (participants) go by foot to the "Cruz de Juanar" (Juanar top altitude 1.160 m) situated in the middle of the Sierra Blanca Mountain. Held on the 3rd May.
FAIR & FIESTAS OF SAINT BERNABÉ
A fiesta and fair held in honor of the Patron Saint of the city, San Bernabé, held in the week surrounding the 11th June and that comemorates the conquest of the city by the Catholic Kings in the year 1485.
FIESTA DEL TOSTÓN
Held on the 1st November, this is a traditional party in the City of Marbella, and is the perfect excuse to go out into the countryside with family and friends. It is fundamental that all take chestnuts along to later roast them
