The gallery is owned and personally directed by William Weston, who founded it in 1967 after gaining a degree in Art History at the University of Cambridge.
Over the past 35 years the gallery has built up a widespread international reputation and works bought through the gallery now feature in the collections of more than 50 museums and public collections.
