Once every ten years there is a very special constellation for all those interested in art: three of the major exhibitions of contemporary art and one of the leading art fairs in the world are all held in the same summer.

Following the opening of Venice Biennale and Art Basel, the first two stops on the “Grand Tour 2007”, this week sees the opening of documenta 12 and skulptur projekte münster 07.

They are held in the European destinations of Venice, Basel, Kassel and Münster. Through the Grandtour website it is possible to make a personalized travel plan to the sites of the four major art events in the summer.
